AMD Ryzen Chipset Drivers Release

AMD Releases Ryzen Chipset Drivers 6.07.22.037 WHQL

AMD has officially launched the Ryzen Chipset Drivers version 6.07.22.037 WHQL. These drivers are crucial for laptops equipped with the latest Ryzen AI 300 series "Strix Point" processors. They provide driver support for the various System on Chip (SoC) interfaces of the chip. Additionally, the drivers enable the NPU of Ryzen 7000 "Phoenix," Ryzen 8000 "Hawk Point," Ryzen 8000G desktop APUs, and Ryzen AI 300 "Strix Point" processors to be recognized as a classified device in the Windows Device Manager. This allows Windows 11 to access information about the NPU in the Task Manager, such as real-time NPU utilization, memory footprint, and driver version.

The driver package also includes updates for various components like GPIO, PSP, PPM, USB4 host controller, and more. It introduces program support for different SoC interfaces, including SMBus, Hetero, and RCEC. You can download the drivers from the link provided below.
