ZOTAC's website has recently been updated with technical specifications for its custom models of the GeForce RTX 5090 GPU. This makes the Hong Kong-based hardware company one of the first NVIDIA board partners to publicly share these details. According to reports from VideoCardz, a loyal reader discovered product pages for the SOLID, SOLID OC, and AMP Extreme INFINITY models that appeared online in the past few days. This suggests that NVIDIA has recently provided (potentially) finalized specs to its AIBs.
The person who found ZOTAC's GeForce RTX 5090 spec sheets noticed an error in the memory clock figure listed for the SOLID OC model—it showed 30 Gbps instead of the correct 28 Gbps. ZOTAC has since corrected this mistake, as seen in screenshots shared by VideoCardz. The AMP Extreme INFINITY card from ZOTAC, which is expected to be more expensive, has a memory clock spec of 28 Gbps. Notably, ZOTAC's upcoming flagship model is the first NVIDIA GPU to have a power consumption rating of 600 W. It is unclear if this TDP figure is the default out-of-the-box setting, but VideoCardz suggests that the GeForce RTX 5090 AMP Extreme INFINITY will come with dual-BIOS functionality, allowing users to select a high-performance mode.
It remains to be seen if other flagship GeForce RTX 5090 custom cards from rival brands will have similar TDPs. TechPowerUp predicts that technical details from other manufacturers will be revealed in the next two weeks before the official launch.
